Please tick the box* Hazards etc of traveling by any form of vehicle, by air, on elephant, hazards of water activities including rafting, kayaking, tubing, swimming, snorkeling/diving or any other unconventional means. Accident or illness in remote areas without access to doctors or medical facilities, dangers of captive & wild animals, dangers that involve food provided/obtained, accommodation/lodging and equipment supplies. Forces of nature, extreme weather conditions, acts of God, religious disturbances, civil and government disturbances, physical exertion for which I may not be prepared for, and the lack of evacuation possibilities should I be injured, incapacitated or disabled. I have been informed and am very aware of, these and other such inherent dangers and risks during the proposed trip and accept them and acknowledge that the enjoyment of taking trips beyond the normal safety conditions of home, work or country is in part the reason for my participation on this trip. I may be killed, injured, incapacitated and experience pain, illness and suffering. Please tick the box* I am aware and accept risk that all animal encounters (including orangutan and elephant activites that are a part of RWE trips) can be dangerous and can cause illness and suffering, injuries, pain and in some instances death. Please tick the box* RWE will take reasonable precautions to minimise the risks on the travel adventure. However, RWE cannot guarantee 100% of my safety on this adventure. Often areas of operation are remote with little or no medical support. Hospitals and emergency facilities can be hours away or at long travel distance to reach. Hospitals and medical facilities may not have the medical tools, skills or facilities and hygiene standards that are the same as my country. In some remote areas, selfrescue is the only option. My guide may need to begin first aid appropriate to the remoteness of the area and the nature of my ailment. I hereby state that my guide or any persons from RWE has permission to perform First Aid as appropriate and release liability and assumption of risk of my own free will and without any reservations. While RWE will take all reasonable precautions to maintain my safety, I understand that I also am responsible to act in a safe manner that will not endanger others or myself in my travel group. Please tick the box* RWE will not accept my participation on a trip if I do not have suitable or sufficient travel insurance to cover such events as illness, remote area evacuation, medical emergency coverage etc. I hereby state that I have taken out travel insurance to cover all of the above cover, bearing in the mind the country and remote area location to which this trip is going. I hereby agree that RWE is not responsible for any medical, hospital, doctor, rescue, evacuation, or associated transportation costs. I further agree that if I am injured or become ill, RWE may, at my cost, arrange or supply medical treatment, evacuation or any other emergency services on my behalf as RWE deems necessary or appropriate for my safety and well being.
