The vision board workshop was a holistic experience of mind body and spirit. At the end of the day not only did I have a beautiful vision board for my year ahead but I felt thoroughly alive and present to my feminine presence !

I had a lovely time with Jo at her Art taster workshop. Her studio is beautiful, and Jo is very supportive and encouraging. I felt that I got a great creative 'recharge' from the workshop, and was really pleased to walk away with a finished painting that I love!
